Today was quite productive. I did two cardio sessions, and a weight training session' I took one of the dogs to the Vet to have stitches removed. Cooked dinner. watched a few shows. and had some self reflection time, pondering how awesome I feel physically, mentally and emotionally my life is as I practice total sexual purity and celibacy. I am amazed at how productive I am as a result of living life this way. I have been nude all day except for the visit to the vet.
