Hello I have had Parkinson's for three years now
It's one of those illnesses that you have to have
To understand it's mentally hard some days
To cope with but being a naturist helps because
It simplifies your life which helps no pocket
No buttons no zips it's surprising how less is
More with Parkinson's . Just got to get the rest
My friends to understand because being a
Naturist is helping me.

My brother-in-law is dealing with Parkinson's, as are several of my friends. None of them are naturists, nor do they live in particularly nude-friendly environments, but I will pass your thoughts along to them. Thanks for sharing.
