The only thing to do with good advice is to pass it on. It is never of any use to oneself. Oscar Wilde
What good advice have you received and never used? The media reports on health advice and it changes like the weather.

Follow your heart.
I read that vitamin B1 is good to make you less appetizing to bugs. I haven't tried it yet, the bugs aren't bad right now.
😉 We have been picking "Penny Royal," then crushing & rubbing it all over to repel Ticks, & other annoying insects out in the woods
Yes, vitamin B and a good helping of garlic in your diet helps as well. A calm demeanor helps you keep your cool, which also lessens the attraction.
Cher if we lived closer we would be great friends!
Thank you AJ! I have many naked & Naturist friends & am sure us being out in Nature together would make us even better friends, than an unnatural site ever could(sun) No one is too rich to not need or want another goodhearted natural friend(s)(hug)
Don't pollute nature with your toxic bug repellents, Sunscreens in Hot Springs, or any natural body of water that effects(sp?) our Mother Earth
I began using Cedarcide a couple of years ago. Very good for keeping the bugs away in my neck of the woods and it smells great!

Don't bungee jump naked.
AJ, Back in the late 1980's, I was working Corporate Travel, & Australia & New Zealand had "promos" going for their tours which offered Bungee jumping adventures "FREE" if you do it Naked! I booked a lot of friends Down Under for that, & I believe they soon retracted that offer because of it, LOL 😉
Here's some 'good advice'. . . be wary of the giver of 'good advice'!
Just be yourself…..
My favorite is: "In a World where you can be virtually ANYTHING, . . Just be YOURSELF(heart)
Never do today what you can put off until tomorrow.
Unfortunately, that is advice that I DO heed more than I should.
