I've never cared for attending concerts either, but living in "Hell-A" it was almost mandatory, LOL 😉 I prefer to buy the album & listen to it on my own, in the quiet comfort of my chosen surrounding 🙂
I've never really been much for seeing bands live – the only major one I've seen was Jethro Tull on their 20th anniversary tour in Boston. I also went to a performance of medieval music by a band called Salamander in a church in Paris – that was nifty. Medieval music played on medieval instruments in an old stone church. Other than that, it's mainly been catching performances at renfairs.
I've seen Alice Cooper close to a dozen times. Grand Funk Railroad, Bon Jovi. Alabama, Charlie Daniels. Beach Boys. They all come to mind right away. Some others I would like to forget. Still would like to see Ozzie and Aerosmith.
I keep thinking of more! I saw Roger and Zapp…he was nice enough to point out to the crowd that we were the only "white folks" there…we got a standing ovation.
I can remember when I was a kid, my older sister going to a dance where "Lil' Roger" played. they were "Roger and the Human Body" when I was in high school.
I used to work wholesale and retail records and received lots of free tickets…by far the most memorable was David Bowie and the very first US show of the Ziggy Stardust tour.
Next would be Miles Davis in 1986.
Bob Dylan, the Beach Boys,the Eagles,Lynyrd Skynyrd,Jethro Tull,Fleetwood Mac,Blue Oyster Cult,Uriah Heep,Wishbone Ash,Neil Young, The Ozark Mountain Dare Devils, Bruce Springsteen,Santana…well Educated I guess.
I saw Wishbone Ash 3 times in Cleveland with front row seats. I'll have to post photos one of these days. I also saw Uriah Heep when the singer passed out on stage. ZZ Top and Earth, Wind and Fire were on the same bill…very odd mix!
So many and most very good. I guess Yes, Paul McCartney and Wings, Neil Young, the Who, Jethro Tull, CS&N were some of the toppers. I've seen many great musicians that are less known on the indie circuits as well.
Had to edit to add Bob Dylan and the Greatful Dead. Don't know how I could have left them out.
"The Jam". Without a doubt. An amazingly energetic and long set followed by an equally long and amazing encore. Back in the days when live music really was live music!" 🙂
AC/DC, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Guns'N'Roses, Faith No More, Sound Garden, Dio, Motorhead more times than I can remember, And most recently Rival Sons who prove the future of rock is in good hands 🙂
Rolling Stones, Neil Young, Jefferson Airplane, Aretha Franklin, Van Morrison, Paul Simon, AC-DC and so many more. I'm just glad that I came of age in the 60's.

So many already mentioned, but I have always loved Frank Zappa for New years eve, & The Tubes at the Shrine auditorium, 1976
Lucky you. I would have loved to see Frank Zappa. Still play those albums.

Haha, Roger Troutman and Zapp are from my hometown.
And apparently still playing without Roger…

Jethro Tull, Pink Floyd, Santana, and for good measure, experienced the Grateful Dead at least once (that I can remember ;)….
OMG, I forgot Pink Floyd.
Oh yeah, the Dead, at least once.

Ik heb ze niet levend gezien, maar kreeg ladingen van hun muziek.
is there anybody who has seen the Beatles live or am I the only "old person" here 😉
Not me, but I came close to it.
I saw one of them, Sir Paul, "Wings Over America" tour in the 70's. Great show!
LOL, . . I slept through the 1964 Beatles concert at Dodger stadium in "Hell-A" (LA), in the back of an old VW microbus 😉
What? Your parents bus?
No, neighbors hippy bus 😉
Yes cant knock The Jam but never saw them live thou
