Just had one of those moments, I was working in my garden down the side of the house when a voice called out hello, thinking it may have been one of my mates who often calls in, I said down here, to my surprise and more so the guys it was a well dressed  man with a clipboard and he was enquiring whether I had home insulation, I informed him that the house was insulated and I was more than happy in my attire, being socks and boots , gardening gloves and a hat. When he gets home  and his wife asks how his day was he will definitely have a different story to tell her.
