About me

The EARTH exists NATURALLY. In so doing, it beckons that WE should do likewise.

Greetings, nudist friends…and “textiles” too! My name is Tim, a naturist (or nudist) residing in Dallas, Texas U.S.A. I have been a clothes-free enthusiast for 30+ years now. Gratitude for living should be a way of life. And living life NAKED is certainly deserving of our gratitude. One noticeable difference of when I am clothed with other clothed friends opposed to when I am naked with other like-minded souls is this: fabrics on skin tend to label, divide and separate. What I love about naturism/nudism is that our nakedness (for the most part) puts us on a more level playing field. Surprisingly, when fabric is absent from our skin, so are our pretenses. Though differences still exist when we’re NATURAL before each other, we also see our similarities along with our flaws and imperfections. And it’s our perfect-imperfections that has a way of bringing us together with an improved sense of unity and harmony. At least, that has been my experience.

Over time, living life “clothes-free” has improved my sense of self-awareness, social-awareness, and most definitely my self-confidence. Expressing this fact to others with spoken or written words can be frustrating at times. One has to simply experience it for him/herself.

I wish everyone could just learn to let go of social-conditioning and embrace the consuming joy that derives from going without clothes…if only for a day.

I think Walt Whitman said it best:

“Nature is naked, and I am also. Sweet, sane, still nakedness in nature! Ah if poor, sick, prurient humanity might really know you once more!

Is not nakedness then indecent? No, not inherently. It is your thought, your sophistication, your fear, your respectability, that is indecent. There come moods when these clothes of ours are not only too irksome to wear, but are themselves indecent. Perhaps indeed he or she to whom the free exhilarating ecstasy of nakedness in nature has never been eligible (and how many thousands there are!) has not really known what purity is—nor what faith or art or health really is.” —Walt Whitman
