The past two days here on the prairies have nothing to do with summertime in spite of what the calendar tells us.

On another book-signing tour. Three stores in three days in Edmonton, Alberta, I day in Red Deer, and 4 days in Calgary with a three day break in between at my son’s home. Life is good. Two stores done and 28 books sold.

Today is going to be a hot one with temp of 33+ C. Up early in the morning to enjoy cooler temp at 15 C. Then, going for a free-hike of about 10 km so that I finish before noon.

I know this yellow flower: ist the white mustard (Sinapis alba), it is a beautiful spring plant (in Italy)

Happy Birthday Robert. I’m 81 and will be 82 in August. If I can look as good as you then I’ll be happy. I’ve got an all over all tan like you, but I’m afraid my paunch is a lot bigger than yours.

Just a few moments ago … there were a few rain drops that didn’t matter … we need a lot more rain. It was a perfect way to end an otherwise overcast day. Luckily I did get in my morning nude meditation outdoors before 9 am.
