About me

I am a naturist newbie; who is married to a woman who experienced the German culture of tolerance of public nudity during a stint in the US Army in the early '80's. Here I am,on The Nook! I have had 5 surgeries for heart/aorta defects; the last two being in 2009.
Therefore, my physical activities are somewhat limited.
I retired in 2010 from a 30-year career as a medical imaging technologist, the last 7 being spent as an MRI tech at a VA hospital.
Nudism has helped me recover from rather serious body-hatred issues and a large degree of skepticism towards “those freaky nudists” that I used to be burdened by.
I feel as if I've gotten to a good place now.
It's quite a relief!
Who I'd like to meet

Kind people;uncomplicated people;people who we would sit down and have a beer with and talk and try to make sense of our world.
We have a wide variety of interests and hope to meet fellow nudists here on the Nook.
