Decided to cycle where we normally walk, on the Wansdyke, 6am this morning, sunny, warm and deserted. Biggest problem, I did it in a third of the time it normally takes to walk, however the scenery and sound of the skylarks were as usually…..amazing
360 degree views over Avebury, Salisbury Plain and the Mendips. Such a beautiful area and on my doorstep. -
Sadly this was probably one of our last beach days this year as unlikely to be in Spain again

Spanish beaches seem unique in our previous experiences. We went onto a fairly quiet beach where some women were topless, some people appeared (in the sea) to be naked, we stripped and just enjoyed our little area. I did this once on a mountain top in Wales, It was a lot colder, but the scenery was amazing just like yours.

Bracing hike in Germany this morning, -3 degrees apparently but only felt cold on my head

Looks marvelous. Naked hiking is very informative, I always think it’s interesting how low a temperature is still comfortable without any wind.

It’s amazing how sharp your senses are when walking naked, every sound, every smell is heightened even with the crunch of snow underfoot

Yes indeed, I find this a heightened awareness of the environment one of the clear benefits of naked hiking, regardless of the precise conditions.
