Bathtub

During a naked hike in the forest near the town of Grenoble in France, I passed in front of this old bathtub that serves as a fountain. But it really doesn’t make you want to take a bath.

Kayaking
June 30, 2020 in Sport
Lake Monteynard, an hour’s drive from my home, is my favourite spot for kayaking. The central part of the lake is mostly used by windsurfers and kitesurfers but the two branches at the extremity are wild spaces of meanders between the cliffs. A timeless world where nudity is perfectly natural.

My blog
May 19, 2020 in Uncategorized
I took advantage of this time of compulsory confinement because of the pandemic to rebuild my blog about naturist hiking. In fact I destroyed the old blog and I started a new visual theme. I especially changed the aspect and the presentation of the pictures. It was a long work to take all the images. I hope the result will be conclusive.

confinement (continued)
April 21, 2020 in Uncategorized
During my hour of freedom in the vicinity, I continue to explore the paths close to the house. I didn’t think there were so many paths leading to climbing areas on the surrounding cliffs.

confinement
April 10, 2020 in Uncategorized
During this period of confinement exercise outings are permitted for 1 hour within a radius of 1 kilometre. I take the opportunity to explore the surroundings of the house.A path goes in the forest, normally used by the climbers who are going to reach a climbing area . From the small quiet horizontal path, a very steep path goes up to the foot of the cliffs. There are fixed ropes at times to help the progression. Arrived at the bottom of the cliffs, I continue by a barely traced vague path that joins another line of cliffs. From there I can go back down to find the horizontal path at the bottom. It is on this path that I had run naked at the beginning of the confinement. But now this path, which was hardly frequented, has been rediscovered by the people in the neighbourhood. I can now only risk myself naked in the hard to reach areas!
Running despite confinement
March 22, 2020 in Sport
Since Tuesday we have been in confinement to try to fight against the spread of the Covid-19 virus, so no more sports training with my group of runners that I used to meet twice a week. But short displacements, close to home, linked to the individual physical activity of people are still allowed with a movement certificate. So on Sunday morning I went back to a small path close to my home, a path where I used to take my children when they were little, but which I hadn’t used for many years. In fact this path follows the trajectory of a track for the wagons coming out of a cement stone mine. There are still a few traces of this old activity. Portions of rails on the ground, the walled exit of the mine and two rusty wagons abandoned at the side of the road. It is a place that is so little frequented in normal times that I thought I wouldn’t meet anyone there under the current conditions and I allowed myself to run naked, even though it is so close to the city. The distance is not long, some 500 or 600 meters, but by making several round trips I made a small run of almost half an hour. That’s always a good thing to do in this period of sporting scarcity.

Geocaching
February 3, 2020 in Environmental, Naktiv
In September 2017, I had not found a geocache placed in an old wood coal mining site, where the remains of a metal vat were abandoned in the middle of the forest. I’m going back there at the beginning of February 2020. I easily find the site away from the path, search a little and finally find the cache. I really don’t understand how I missed it the first time.

photo book
January 25, 2020 in Book, Lifestyle
For my 70th birthday, my wife gave me a photo book made from pictures taken between my birth and this year. It is a beautiful gift that retraces my life. But as she is not a naturist, she put only very few pictures where I am naked. So I made my own naturist photo book.
